Who we are

This website is run by CueReach. We provide Remote Cued Speech Services: Cued Speech transliteration. You can reach us at hello@cuereach.org.

What we collect

We collect only what you send us, plus basic technical data:

• What you send through our contact form: your name, email and message.
• If you schedule a consultation, the name, email, time and any note you give our scheduling service, which also sets up the video meeting.
• Anything you choose to send us by email.
• Basic technical data that our website host logs when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view.

Why we use it

To answer your message, hold the consultation you schedule, send a quote (and the rate sheet, if you ask for it), confirm the service, plan the staffing, deliver the service and send the invoice, and to keep the business and tax records we need.

Who we share it with

• The transliteration staff CueReach assigns to your session, who get only what the session needs.
• Our payment processor, for invoices and payments.
• The companies that run our website, our form, our scheduling and video meetings, and our email, which store information for us so we can provide the service.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising. We share it with anyone else only if the law requires it.

Sensitive records

Please do not send student, patient, employee, diagnosis, credential, tax or banking records through ordinary email or forms. A first message needs only your name, email and a short note.

This website is for organizations arranging service. We do not knowingly collect information about children through it. Schools and districts should not send student records through the form.

How long we keep it

We keep information as long as we need it for your request and for our business, tax and legal records. Then we delete it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information. Email hello@cuereach.org. We may need to keep some records, such as invoices, for tax or legal reasons, and we will tell you if so.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No way of sending or storing information is perfectly secure, so please keep sensitive records out of email and forms.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we will post the update on this page with its new date.
